That's a wrap for another year

Met Norm for a coffee in the morning and bought some threads for a little project I'm starting for my nephew's birthday (see extra). Anchor threads were reduced to 60p so I converted the shades from DMC (which were £1.30 per skein!) to the Anchor equivalent. I'm so tight! It's a Yorkshire thing ;-)

Packed my trimmings away in the afternoon - the flat looks a little bare now.

I'm really enjoying The Weirdstone of Brisingamen but wow, some of the underground stuff makes me feel so claustrophobic! I've also discovered a radio show on BBC Sounds called Tom Wrigglesworth's Hang-Ups... it makes me laugh. It all sounds very familiar with it being set in Sheffield :-)
