Long Tailed Tit #3

Our plans to go to RSPB Burton Mere were scuppered when we stayed up until after 1am finishing a jigsaw. We had a lie in instead, did the weekly shop and then popped over to Pickering's Pasture in the afternoon for an hour. It felt much colder than yesterday with a cold wind blowing in off the Mersey so we didn't linger. It's always a delight to see a flock of Long Tailed Tit's and this lot were happy that I'd put out some more food as the fat balls were empty at the screen. There's another one in extras.
