Early Daff....

Spotted an early Daffodil in bloom at the local churchyard this morning which was lovely to see!  On a lovely sunny day too! So we made the most of it with a little local wander!


Had clothes to put in the clothes bank, letters to post and then a walk to the jewellers as one of my necklaces had broken so that's off to be fixed now!  Then for a little wander by the creek where the tide was coming in so  a few birds were spotted - teal, avocets, heron, grebe, godwit - and then on our walk home we decided to stop at a fave cafe for an early lunch!  A very pleasant morning!

And have managed some light gardening this afternoon while the sun is still out - looks set to be a wet weekend so making the most of the dry while we can!
