River Murray at The Bend

Today we visited a river town called Tailem Bend.  It is graduallu being flooded by the Murray.

Here is the local rowing club, protected by sandbags, and to the left you can see the ferry which is still running.

The river is still rising daily, and tomorrow we visit Murray Bridge and see what damage the floods have done so far to this large town.
