More Drips

........... I seem to have taken a bit of a backwards step with my recovery and feel like the cold is trying to start up again :-((
I haven’t had a cold for such a long time that I quite forgot that this is how it often goes in people with M.E. and that it always takes a long time to recover from an encounter with a virus :-(((
So as it’s been a miserable day I haven’t been out.
