Friday’s Friday

No, that isn’t a typo. Thursday is Friday’s Friday. Almost like a Friday-eve. Most of us consider Friday as the start of a weekend, making Thursday, the fourth day of the week, a herald to Friday • So, Happy Thursday! • I was excited to see two male cardinals land in the lilac trees together. They tolerate each other during the winter months. Thankfully one remained long enough for me to grab my camera and get a couple of shots. They certainly brightened up another dull day, although today included some icy drizzle. Despite the weather we scraped the ice off the car and went grocery shopping this morning knowing the conditions would worsen as the day dragged on.
