A sad day in Beauly

This lovely 800yr old Beauly resident that was pronounced dead last year, sadly fell over during the night.

It looks like everything below ground just rotted away leaving just the old shell of Wych Elm above ground. It appears to have dramatically lost balance and toppled over.
