Picnic

The great thing about the British public is that they do not let a bit of inclement weather spoil their plans.

Take this crowd, they were going to eat their sandwiches sat on the quayside wall wind, rain or shine.

Unfortunately for them, they had the first two out of three.

I managed to brave the elements, in between showers, to rush out and snap this quick shot. I almost got a few smiles!
