Practice makes better
I have been making sourdough bread again. The method I use is a 24 hour process. I had the dough proving in the fridge overnight and this morning I baked it. This time while the dough was sticky I was able to shape the loaves which I couldn't really achieve last time. I have made some progress. So here is the result of one of the loaves. One loaf was sliced and some partaken for lunch. It tasted pretty good in my humble opinion. The other I will give to T tomorrow.
More rain in various degrees today. It is needed as we have had a long dry spell and I am not complaining.
