Sugar Baby

Last night when I kissed Sugar goodnight she had some sort of a flesh bulge in her left eye. It freaked me out. Hubby took a good look at it and said he would call the vet first thing in the morning. It did not seem to bother her but she ran into 3 trash cans on our late evening walk. Well this morning I took a sideways look at her eye and it seemed to be just fine. Normal looking. I was thrilled and took this right then and knew she was going to make the blip cut today. 
We went to our mothers today to get her some cloths and address book. While we were there we opened the windows, disinfected the house, changed her bed, did the laundry, emptied the refrigerator of food that would spoil in a week, ran the dishwasher and scrubber the floors. The men picked up sticks and helped out when needed.
Around 5:00 our cousin called to say she did not have water so we drove back down the county and worked on that for a few hours. We got the water back on but discovered pipes had frozen and busted when we had cold weather around Christmas. We will return tomorrow to see to those issues. She was very happy to have water again.
It has been a busy day but a very good one since Sugar is just fine!
