Who'd a thunk it?

I tootled round to the "Smith's/Post Office" to weigh in the Scrap; only to learnt they couldn't do it.
SO
I left with a Form to fill and a postage-paid Envelope.

They wanted to know the value of the 21 Stamps enclosed.  I wonder if they'll swap one for one, or Stamps to the value of "woodjer bleeve" £14.28?

Yet again - "We shall see."
