Sky Pilot

Much to my chagrin, I missed today's hailstorm by a couple of miles. I was going to write 'hailstrom' 'cos it sounds good, but you'd think it was a typo. In my neck of the woods at least, this spring has been a bit lacking in big weather: hail, rainbows, that kind of thing. But when the clouds track across the sky like star destroyers, like beings, beasts, alive, I watch, enraptured.
