Heated blanket

Once it's switched on batty can't resist it! 

I worked at home today as needed to get all teaching notes on line, managed it but worked slowly due to tiredness.

I forced myself out swimming which was great as felt much better for it and slept really well so much so when the alarm went off I didn't want to get up
