Spiralling 

Had a friend for coffee this morning. 

Then Mum messaged me with news that she has been contacted by the cancer unit with an appt for next week. They were contacted by the hospital the other night. Does this mean they saw something, and the cancer is back? I know it's not about me but I can't cope with this.
