A lot of happy faces

Today more than 100 children between the ages of 3 and 10 were introduced to korfball. It was a big party! All happy faces, enthusiastic parents and helping hands. I was able to participate in the construction of this day and today I rolled up my sleeves as coordinator. Enjoyed chatting with the youngest and challenging the older ones. Discovered new talents in the young helpers: some of them really have a great sense of contact with the children, while they didn't know it themselves, nice to see. And in the future perhaps the new trainers. Newspaper visited us with a reporter and photographer, story is already on their website. The alderman visited and stayed for a long time and played with children. And before the activity was over, there were already registrations for the next korfball training. Great day. And now feet on the couch and enjoy the peace at home
