Another quiet sort of day, but took a short stroll to the recycling bins and down to the Shore to make sure the Water of Leith was still there. Have got an appt with the practice nurse tomorrow - she thinks it's for a routine respiratory check but I'll ask her to check out my other vitals while I'm there!
