The old railway station

I actually got out for a walk today which makes a change.  This image overlooks the village's bus depot, which ironically was build on the site of the old railway station.  The stone building to the right is the old railway goods shed and behind that was the station, maybe I will cover the station in a future photograph.  The large stone building in the distance with the Union Flag flying from the tower was originally known as ‘The Olivet Home’ it was built to be an orphanage in 1886 and later used as a school, but it is now owned by the local Presbyterian Church.
