Thank you for your birthday greetings yesterday, Sorry to moan, especially about the sore knee. A 20-minute sit in the surgery waiting room this morning with my monopod for a stick made me realise there are a lot of people with greater walking difficulties than me! I was only there for a routine check-up for those who aren't routinely seeing the doctor. At least my BP and BMI are within good bounds.

The afternoon was spent at the studio playing with white flowers, I didn't stay at it for long as I didn't have the macro lens I wanted. It had been playing hide-and-seek with me this morning!
