A late entry

Being out to a BBQ with friends yesterday I intended to Blip a house close by that is illuminated very well but on passing heading home all the lights were off!
No back up Blip had been taken.
Looking out from our deck the moon with Venus alongside and the lights of Nelson around the bay sort of worked.
There were some clouds which I would have liked to pick out but being 2300 hours I was growing weary and with an early rise for the car to be serviced slumber called.
A pretty good day  here at the moment but the promise of inclement weather is due tomorrow, Thursday.
