Tide's In
My sister, who lives in Burnham-on-Crouch, asked me, in the light of recent events, if I'd like to visit her. She was so kind to me and had bought me a lovely hellebore for Ollie dog's grave. She sent me home with some freshly baked cheese scones.
Shame the weather was so bad and the visibility poor. I returned via my home village. Our family nursery is just out of shot to the left. I took the image from the top of Mayland Hill. We used to go up this hill to school and to church. We'd always comment on the state of the tide in the Lawling Creek of the River Blackwater.
