After such beautiful sunshine today it was very disappointing to wake up to rain again.  I know it was needed after the dry summer but surely we have enough now!

Some guitar practice this morning while Mr T had his post breakfast nap, then read my course notes and next assignments to him this afternoon.  One is a still life, portrait or landscape in "artist scene" (thick) charcoal on A2 paper, so Mr T has said he will sit still for me to practice!

The meditation was a new one today, and based on new, and Mr T did quite enjoy this one.  He struggles with the more imaginative ones, but this time he engaged and concentrated on his breathing.

I've tried not to do too much today as my asthma kept me awake last night and then woke me up about 03:15.  I am keeping a close eye on my readings and will call the asthma nurse if I need to.  I think this "not covid lurgy" is hanging on.
