Morning Walk
Before light desk duties.
We were going to walk to the west end of Loch Laggan but the first few hundred yards of track (when excited dogs may be pulling on leads) were sheet ice with a film of water on top. Instead we took this little trodden path up to open hillside above the tree line about 500m to the east (of the concrete bridge). I don't know what it is called but we are effectively in Creag Meagaidh foot hills.
I used my old 20mm Sigma lens on this Nikon body. While the lens physically fits on, the metering doesn't work and focussing is manual. Apart from that it is a good combination.
I haven't missed a blip all year.
