Techno junkie

Busy day! I've got a grant application due in a couple of months and we're starting to pull things together. I set up a wiki today to help coordinate the process - I'm so proud of myself for embracing technology!

I did an intervals session at lunchtime (the first in months) and then swam for an hour this evening, so also feeling virtuous.
