Chaffinch

It has been dark and rainy today.  The birds were glad of the feeders including this chaffinch awaiting his turn. The photo's a bit dark but so was the day!

I've done some outstanding admin jobs tpday and made some parsnip soup.  

I have also agreed to play the piano for this year's pantomime in March and decided to print off the music and have a first go at playing it ahead of Thursday's practice. My printer decided that it wouldn't print more than two pages for each song despite clicking for all to be done although I do have it on email.

The music has some tricky ones so I will be spending a lot of time working on it.  Sometimes I wonder why I agree to things!! .
