While I was at work avoiding the rain, Sam was off work and chatting to a mortgage advisor at RBS. Looks like we're able to borrow a lot more than we thought. Looking forward to selling this place so we can start the next chapter.
I've had a tentative look on ESPC and am pretty excited about some of the potentials...
