Ship ahoy!!

I decided to continue the nautical theme and went down to where the Black and White Cart meet to become briefly the Cart as it flows into the Clyde. This is directly opposite what was John Brown's shipyard in Clydebank from where the first three Cunard Queens, the Royal Yacht Britannia and many other vessels were launched.

My arrival coincided with the most tremendous downpour so it was a case of a quick snap then back to the car. In doing so I missed a nice shot of an Easyjet Boeing coming in to land at Glasgow Airport.

On the way back the car thermometer showed the external temperature as 4 degrees!!
