Herbs and spices

Today was spent emptying the kitchen ahead of the builders coming back, hopefully tomorrow.  A couple of years ago I woke up in a cold sweat,  thinking that sainsbury's were going to change their packaging.  My solution was to buy every one of their herbs and spices.I am now future proofed!
