Box

I was quite pleased with myself that I gout out for a morning walk today. It about 40 minutes and 2.5 miles so not very fast paced but it was good to be out and about.

Now that I have my new desk I realised that I was showing a slightly different angle of the room behind me on video calls.  As part of the reorganisation I moved this box - which contains pens and some stamps - behind me and it’s now on camera. It’s odd that I notice it more when looking at my image played back to me on a video conference screen than I do when I am in the room doing other things.  I have had it a long time.  I think my mum and daad bought it for me not long after I’d moved to London because I can picture it in our first flat.  To me it looks like a tiny version of a writing desk but it’s only 22cm high.  As you can see from the picture, it has a tendency to capture the dust.
