Another day out, getting more fresh air injections. 

Daughter & Dad Day. As we'd bought D a new pair of walking boots, it was the obvious choice to go for a walk (in honesty, I didn't want to, but I forced myself). 

7.22k / 1.37hrs we did really well. 

Loving the long shadows at this time of year. 

Got home just after dusk, before the dark.
