Happy New Year

Another year starting. Up early and made it down to the beach in Southwold to see the first sunrise of the new year. Back for breakfast, and then a wander around the town. My daughter arrived mid-afternoon with her boyfriend. Cooked, drank wine, watched French football and read. Bought some tasty food bits from town earlier, which is easy to do in Southwold. A nice lazy day - evening spent listening to the rain fall on the conservatory roof...
