Preston Bagot

I met B by the canal at Preston Bagot. We took Sid and Pierce for an afternoon walk there. The light was amazing. It made the trees and canal look warm and golden. We set off at 3 and came back as the sun was setting. We sat by the mini aqueduct to have a snack. We saw a guy with two border collies who were racing ahead and swimming in the canal. He stopped to chat for a bit. We have seen him previously on the day Pierce fell into the canal and B rescued him. Anyway, back home now. B has come to have some food and she has made a nice cheerful fire. She has that skill whereas I don’t.
