Drookit (Day 2795)

It seemed like a fairly reasonable morning when I took Sigyn out just before first light. There was a bit of frost around and some surface water was frozen.
The weather still seemed reasonable later on when my beautiful wife and I collected C and headed for the horses to get out a ride. It was cold at the field, but there was no wind and we were looking forward to a nice ride out. Typically, we arrived at the top of the hill at the same time as the wind picked up and pelted us with a delightful mixture of hail, sleet and rain. By the time we made it back to the field we were all drookit. And the sun came out.
Home for lunch then a fast walk out with Sigyn to warm up.
According to the forecast it was supposed to be 8⁰C today. They lied...
