Unexpected sun

We both thought today was going to be gloomy and overcast. We had almost a 1/2  inch of rain overnight. It is still weirdly warm as well. This morning when I got up there was actually some parting in the clouds and sun shining through. My original blip is my extra because I really liked it too and because we've just been gifted our new extras. It's a raindrop hanging off of our hawthorn tree.
Later in the morning I went for a walk up the old road that was full of watery puddles from the rain and snow melt. I love looking at reflections. It takes a bit of time to get your eyes to focus on the reflection and not the leaves at the bottom of the puddle. It could be another world beckoning.
