Redcar
What a great day it was for a New Year's stroll along the cliff top path from Saltburn to Marske for a pub lunch.
This view is looking towards Redcar jutting out into the North Sea, and Marske is just before that separated by green space at the left of the image.
It seems it was a good choice to head to the east coast, as the weather elsewhere seems to have been damp and grey.
It is quite a spectacular coastline which is often underrated and overlooked.
There's a view looking back towards Saltburn and its famous pier in the extras.
