Lunch

With Bas and Daan being with their grandparents in Appingedam today, baking “oliebollen”, Annemarie and I took the opportunity to have a nice lunch at The Daame in Appingedam.
Followed by doing the weekly grocery shopping… bummer.

After that we went home quickly because we seem to have a very scared beagle in the house. All the banging of fireworks that already has started (near and far) makes Toby very nervous.
It’s his 2nd New Years Eve with us, but because last year we were in a lockdown with hardly any fireworks, we didn’t notice it then.
I guess he’ll need extra TLC during the next 48 hours.
