Before and after!

We celebrated the entry of the New Year at the village hall with many friends. The hall looked lovely and I think really welcoming for those who arrived. Chris cooked a meal for us all and there were others of us in the background helping with prep and serving and clearing away. We had a wonderful time with a few sad moments for some who had lost loved ones. Most importantly we were together sharing it all, happy and sad as we will continue to do in 2023.
We managed to clear much of the washing up but we will be back down there tomorrow morning to complete the job!
