Dreary Last Day for 2022

We woke up to a shroud of fog. This was the scene when I let the doggies out this morning. That set the tone for a day on the couch/dog beds for all. The fog later became rain and it hasn’t stopped yet. Hubby helped Parker put new tires on his boat trailer and did laundry. Otherwise, he had a quiet day with the kitties. I was in the shower this morning and it hit me. You fool, you left that brand new box of Kleenex on the sectional. But no worries I said, I put a pillow to stop Charlie from getting on the couch. OH MY GOODNESS! Will I ever get up all the tiny white shreds?! See my extra (hopefully I can figure out how to upload it again). Charlie somehow started my daughter’s Roomba in the middle of last night so maybe he can get up his own mess. Lol. Hubby and I went to 5:00 pm Mass. He had preordered our dinner from Olive Garden so he picked it up while I stopped at home to get all ingredients to make our New Year’s dinner. I do not like to drive anyway and it being dark and rainy increased the unease exponentially. I made it back to Kristen’s with no problem. Kristen and her family made their last port visit today, stopping in Cozumel. They sent me a video of Kristen and Sky getting a “fishy pedicure.” No thanks. The colors of the Caribbean Sea were absolutely gorgeous. They do not subscribe to regular tv channels at their home and I am clueless when it comes to using their tv. We will simply enjoy reading a bit and depend on our phone for the countdown to 2023. Sure hope your New Year’s Eve celebrations were fun but without problems. Thanks for stopping by.
