Canal End
I can't quite believe it, but I am back in London for Lawyerville yet again today, after I thought I had seen the back of it for a few months.
Accidently caught a train from Bristol 20 minutes earlier than the one I planned, so killed some time wandering about the Paddington end of the Grand Union Canal.
I particularly liked the heavy black cloud that hung over Paddington, and the bright sky beyond. Somehow it seemed a good reflection of my mood this morning: near-term gloom, but the promise of better things in the foreseeable distance.
