Happy Cows

"Happy Cows, Happy Hearts" is the slogan celebrating 50 years of greening in Singapore. Apparently there are 500 of these cows dotted around the island.....these are a herd of about 20 just off Orchard Road, the main shopping street.
All very cute and whimsical but am still a little baffled ......why cows, ...not exactly native animals.
