Waiting for a Genius

Sitting upstairs in the Apple store, Edinburgh, waiting for one of the geniuses.  My earbuds haven't been working quite right.  When he came, he took them away and tested them.  It turns out they were faulty, and he gave me a new pair free - even though the old ones were probably 18 months old.
