Crepe Myrtle Wreath
I had considered going out late and getting some shots of the mayhem, but then came down on the side of common sense.
Sadly, I'm too old to get caught up in drunken shenanigans.
I caught a train into Central Station, one of my favourite places, and hung around for a while, photographing people in the early evening, scrubbed up, dressed up, bright eyed and bushy tailed.
I have a few shots I like, but when I got off at Lewisham a young woman wished me a happy new year.
I mentioned that the crepe myrtle she was standing next to made it appear as though she was wearing a wreath.
Happy New Year, blippers!
Let's hope it's a big improvement on 2022.
