A day of dinosaurs and fossils

After very heavy rain in the morning it brightened up for a trip to Lyme Regis. We got to see the RNLI go out via a tractor on the slipway, surfers, and people in deck chairs watching the surfers, and a very exciting trip to Dinosaurland. I also found the new statue of Mary Anning that recognizes her unsung contributions to paleontology.
