6 Weeks

post op! The time has flown and I am much stronger with minimal pain, mostly nerve and muscle pain. This was taken on the drive to the specialist. No more snow. The mist in the Valley is actually smoke from wood fires. Most houses have a wood heater or wood stove which are in use more than ever since the gas and electricity prices have shot up. The government encourages this as wood fires are carbon neutral but doesn’t own up to the air pollution caused. We are guilty of contribution to this but we only use dry wood and only for a couple of hours in the evening.
The surgeon was pleased with my progress but I still have to take it easy until I go to rehab in February.
