..scalped for xmas
Slow-cooked my first pheasant today, a chance £5 buy from a local butchers, using a blend of recipes and of available sherries (oloroso and pedro ximenez), with red cabbage (another first) and mash - yum.
It fed 3 of us with 2 to 3 portions spare, so was a biggun'
