Day Out

Today we called in to see Em in her place of work.We had a tour of the school which was fascinating.
A stunning building set in beautiful grounds it houses the oldest museum in the English speaking world.Included in the collection is part of Bonny Prince Charlies kilt upon which the design of the school uniform is based.They also have a lock of Mary Queen of Scots hair and her prayer book which she held when she was beheaded.A great visit.

We stopped for lunch in The Three Fishes near Whalley.The food and the service was exceptional.I can highly recommend it.

All in all a great day out.
