Glazed cappelletti
For a protein boost after Christmas.
Whilst boiling your filled pasta, mix together one egg yolk and a tablespoon of cream. Grate a handful of parmesan.
When the past is cooked and drained, pop it back in the warm pan, add the egg/cream and stir for a moment. Finally add the parmesan, stirring for another minute until the cheese has melted.
