Blue Skimmer

A tale of two locations.  

Some years ago, the Rower and I used to go the Brownhill Creek quite a lot.  There were quiet pools and it was pretty well always possible to get good blips.  So - today I thought I'd go there on a quest for a decent dragon shot.  

Oh, how disappointed I was - it's so overgrown, and weedy, it was hard to even get close to the creek.  And I'm so glad I didn't take the dogs - needle grass everywhere, and in places the olives were almost down to the creek line. 

So, I quit, and went to Playford Lake in the Belair NP instead.  A much better location, and the only place I got a half-way decent dragon shot.  This is a blue skimmer.
