Contours
Low angle sidelight from the setting sun brought out the contours and texture of a bank of wind blown snow. Just the odd stick of dried up yarrow (I think it is) tall enough to top the pile. I liked the line of snow which leads to it. I don't think of leading lines and thirds and just trust to instinct when composing. A few shadows from other plants run counter adding interest.
Shot handheld for convenience, as with the last few days, due to cumbersome mits.
Extra: Evidence. Squirrels have been at play.
