A Little Visit

We had a leisurely morning; just want to savor those moments with nothing I must do. My sister and BIL with the WV farm stopped by after her eye exam. We hopped in their car and went to visit our sister who has been under the weather. We had a few get well gifts for her and exchanged Christmas gifts. Hopefully she can rest and read some of the happy books we gave her. Her hubby assured us he would pick up some healthy meals with the gift card. They were heading to our mother’s to exchange gifts so we didn’t disturb their plans. We stopped at a Mexican restaurant and enjoyed what will be our New Year’s Eve meal since I will be dog sitting on the 31st. Hubby had some errands to run and hopes to be back in time to go to my daughter’s and hang with the mutts. The travelers are having a better day. Rough seas kept them down yesterday.
