First arrivals

1 son and wife, 6 grandchildren (4 with partners), 4 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren eventually came. The favourite games were sliding down the stairs, hide and seek and loud chasing. 5 kids under my bed at one point.
Mix up when we tried to get Chinese food take away and it had to be pizzas all round.
Excess energy used in the local playground.
Seemed like hundreds of presents exchanged.
Just hope the right children went home with the right parents and the right presents went home with the right child.
A fun if noisy day. Full sack of wrapping paper and large scooter cardboard box for me to dispose of!
All in a good cause.
